Best and Worst Governors
Time recently listed the five best governors in America. They are Kenny Guinn (R-NV), Mike Huckabee (R-AR), Janet Napolitano (D-AZ), Kathleen Sebelius (D-KS), and Mark Warner (D-VA).
The three worst are Kathleen Blanco (D-LA), Bob Taft (R-OH), and Mark Sanford (R-SC).
Notice how the party affiliations are balanced nicely? The Democrats come out slightly on top but not by too much. If the editors at TIME had decided that all of the worst governors truly were from one party, would they still run the story?

Good question. I'd say they would not have run the story.
interesting that no real liberals mentioned in either of the lists.
