Sharpton - Shake-down artist, former candidate for President running for the Democrat Party nomination.
Anne Coulter - an educated pundit.
You can keep Sharpton, we'll keep Coulter.
Ann Coulter is educated. She has a degree from Cornell University. What she did with her education is something else.
Her last book was a stauch defense of McCarthyism. At least Michael Moore's exagerations and well..lies, stem from desire to end war and stop guns. Coulter is just hateful.
Anne Coulter also has a law degree. Have you read her book? I'll ask the question Anne loves to ask, but were the communists in the U.S. government? The Varona papers have vindicated Coulter's point.
Is the point here to associate Sharpton with opportunistic sleaze? That therefore Coulker, posing with him, is a bird of a feather? Sharpton does run on the Democratic ticket. Does this mean every Democrat who poses with Sharpton is sleazy? Sharpton stumped for Sharpe James. Does that make James sleaze by association, or vice-versa? Corzine also stumped for James in 2001. Same question.
You don't like Coulter. That's fine. But you're giving us 'she posed with Sharpton' and 'she hasn't voted in ten years'. I know this is a blog and all, but if you want to make that indelible point about Coulter that gets linked all over the 'net, this isn't it.
Nude shots would be a different matter. Of either of them.

I dont get you guys. I put the picture up because it's ironic and funny. I people putting deep analysis into my posts, but this one doesn't require it. It's sort of like many pieces of abstract art. It just looks cool, ok? There wasn't a lot of thinking that went into it. Although I'd happily pose with any political opponent if I was a politician, I didn't realize that these two would.
I don't have strong opinions about Ann Coulter because I don't take her seriously. And I do feel strongly that liberal bloggers, media types etc. that waste time talking about how bad people like Ann Coulter are are wasting their time. By saying that she didn't vote, I didn't mean to launch a war against her, I just thought it was funny. Seriously. OK?
There may have been communists in the U.S. government, but that doesn't excuse the fat, drunken, schizophrenic Senator from Wisconsin for ruining the lives of everyday working Americans who were not communists.
McCarthy and his investigations are a blight on American history.
I can't say I like either Al nor Ann.
